These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wigspros website and services, including any features, content, or applications offered by Wigspros (collectively referred to as the "Services"). 1. Overview
Wigspros operates an online platform that allows sellers to list and sell products, and buyers to browse, purchase, and review products. Wigspros acts as an intermediary and facilitator of transactions between sellers and buyers. These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wigspros ("Wigspros," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Services.
2. Services and Role of Sellers
Wigspros provides a platform for sellers to create and operate their stores, list products, manage inventory, process orders, and communicate with buyers. Wigspros facilitates payment processing, return/refund handling, and customer support on behalf of sellers. However, Wigspros is not the seller of the products listed on the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, sell, and ship.
3. User Requirements and Registration
To access and use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly notify Wigspros of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Rules and Restrictions
When using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the guidelines set forth by Google Shopping/Merchant. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to or use of the Services, or any other user's account
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services
- Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users
- Uploading or distributing any malicious software or viruses
- Engaging in any activity that may cause harm to Wigspros, its users, or third parties
Wigspros reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any activities that may harm the integrity or performance of the Services.
5. Privacy

translate, distribute, perform, and display your User Submissions.
You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the license described above. You agree not to submit any User Submissions that are infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Wigspros reserves the right to remove any User Submissions that violate these Terms or are otherwise inappropriate.
8. Ownership
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Wigspros or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.
9. Responsibilities; Third-Party Risks
You acknowledge that Wigspros is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the products listed on the platform. You agree to exercise caution and undertake appropriate due diligence before making any purchases or transactions on the Services. Wigspros disclaims any liability for any actions, omissions, or representations of any seller or user of the Services.
10. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Wigspros and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, demands, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any disputes, transactions, or interactions between you and any other user or seller on the Services.
11. Purchases; Pricing
When making a purchase through the Services, you agree to pay the listed price for the product, as well as any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges disclosed at the time of purchase. Wigspros does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, or availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
12. Refunds, Exchanges, and Related
Refunds, exchanges, and related policies for products purchased through the Services are determined by the individual sellers. Wigspros may assist in facilitating returns and refunds, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the sellers. 14. Ending Our Relationship

Wigspros reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the Services, or take any other appropriate measures if you violate these Terms or engage in any activities that may harm the Services or other users.
15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Wigspros provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. You use the Services at your own risk.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17. Indemnity

18. App Stores
If you access the Services through a mobile application obtained from an app store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Wigspros, and not with the app store.
- The app store has no responsibility for the Services or their content.
- The app store has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services regarding the Services.
- You will comply with the app store's terms and conditions when using the Services through the app.
19. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wigspros regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
