This updated design features a full 14” hair length throughout, rather than a tapered 12” length, creating a noticeably more balanced and voluminous result. It also returns to Jon Renau’s signature 50% Indian / 50% Chinese Remy human hair blend, offering consistent quality, softness, and natural movement, along with the addition of RN color options for endless customization options. Built with a single monofilament construction, this topper offers the illusion of natural hair growth, surrounded by a ¾” polyurethane coated perimeter for added durability and flexible attachment options. Measuring 5.5” long by 4” wide, the base provides generous coverage for diffused thinning. The hair is crafted from 100% Remy human hair, using Jon Renau’s signature 50% Indian / 50% Chinese blend for consistent quality, softness, and natural movement. The 14” length delivers fuller proportions and improved blending compared to shorter styles, while the medium density offers noticeably more coverage than standard easiPart toppers. Designed with four low-profile 1 1/8” clips, the easiPart Medium can be worn straight out of the box or easily customized. The wider polyurethane perimeter allows clips to be removed for use with Tape ‘N Go, Tape Staxx, or adhesive, making it an excellent option for both at-home wearers and professional salon applications. Steps To Return
We hope you love your beautiful new hair, however if you are not fully satisfied, we have a very simple return process. You have up to 30 days to decide if you truly want to return the item; but remember, the item must be brand new, unworn, and in factory condition. Help us help you! Take a look at our return guidelines below that make the process go smoothly and helps us stay efficient!
- Gather the item(s) - including all original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and locate the packing slip (or locate your order #).
- Bring your item(s) to your local Post Office, UPS store, or FedEx store to ship back to us. We do not provide a return label. International returns must be shipped through the postal service.

Dallas, TX 75240 - Upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund minus the 15% ($9 minimum) restocking fee per item. If you are exchanging the restocking fee will be waived when repurchasing. Your refund will be issued within 48 hours after inspection has been completed.

Helpful Hints to help the process go smoothly:
- The item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other packaging.
- Make sure the Wig Tags are factory attached - leave them in place while you try the wig on.
- Fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume, or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
- Do not alter the bangs, add spray/gel, or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
- Include your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to process your return.
*Due to the nature of accessory items, they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.

We want to make the return process as smooth as possible, so make sure items are in in factory condition otherwise we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we can stop the order before that no fees will be applied.
